Single Home Rental Options
Cedar House

- Two twin sized beds
- One futon

- A sunroom overlooking the Sacramento River
- Front deck overlooking the Shasta Dam

Double Home, Half Ranch, and Full Ranch Rental Options
Alpine/Birch Homes
- $1,100 per night plus an additional 10% occupancy tax and cleaning fee (will be reflected in invoice)
- Three night minimum stay required
- Sleeps up to 20 people
- Extra-large kitchen
- Three large decks
- Extra large stove
- One extra large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer
- Eight twin beds
- Five queen beds
- One California king bed
- Four bathrooms
- Amenities include: mountain bikes, game room, pool, basketball half court, bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, and video library

- Private ranch
